    Job Description A TRI associate is expected to be a business generalist with experience in multiple disciplines. Responsibilities will range from creating to delivering content. As an associate you'll participate in the business development process, identify target customers, contact potential clients, and participate in sales calls with the team. Initial focus will be on learning how to deliver our existing content and bringing your business expertise to help improve our content and delivery processes. World-class presentation and delivery skills are a base requirement for this role.
    main job tasks & responsibilitIES • Assist in the delivery of executive-level leadership and business acumen learning. • Strong financial and leadership skills with an emphasis on real-world experience. • Exceptional platform and delivery skills. • Interview senior leaders in a target company and host a compelling conversation on why action-based learning is important at the executive level. • Work with our talented team to design and build customized business simulations and other discovery learning solutions. • Lead senior executives through action-based learning experiences and facilitate participants' understanding of relevant content areas. • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while working with clients across varying industries. Identify new growth opportunities for TRI both with existing and new clients.
    qualifications • Ph.D. desirable but not required. • Master’s degree required (finance, accounting, adult learning, or business discipline) • A minimum of 10 years practical business experience in an executive leadership role. • A practical set of real-world experience in operational finance, leadership, corporate strategy, marketing, and project management. • Ability to communicate effectively written and verbally. • Excellent platform skills in front of executive audiences. • Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills, other language capabilities are a plus. • Deep hands-on experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, including VBA programming. • Ability to travel at a moment’s notice to client locations worldwide. Not to exceed 60%. • A passionate desire to help people move their leadership and business skills to the next level.
