    Carla has managed and delivered corporate leadership programs since the early 1990s. She specializes in leadership and career development, presentation skills training, and new manager development. She has extensive experience designing and delivering programs on a wide range of professional skills topics to employees at all levels, and counts global leaders such as UBS, HSBC Securities, Bayer Healthcare, Wyeth (now Pfizer), and BP among her past clients. She has also served on the faculty at GE Crotonville.

    Carla has “global brains” and tremendous experience delivering corporate training in locations around the world, from Mexico and Canada to several European countries, Brazil, Japan, China, India, Thailand, Malaysia, and more.

    Carla founded Annex Learning in 1999. Prior to her work as a consultant, she worked in leadership development at GE, managing several entry- and mid-level training programs. She was the global program leader for GE’s IT development program. Carla spent her early career in communications, serving in GE’s corporate media relations office during the Jack Welch era.
