  • Leadership/Industry Experience
    Over the past few years, Paul has worked with 10 different Fortune 500 corporate clients to design curricula, facilitate business simulations, develop coursework and deliver classroom sessions on behalf of TRI Corporation.

    Paul joined TRI with more than 30 years of finance and leadership development experience at GE. After graduating from the Financial Management Program (FMP), Paul graded, taught, recruited on campus, developed course material and led program activities. From 1996 through 2005 he had global responsibility for FMP and all finance training. During that period, Paul led the restructuring and revision of the entire curriculum, partnering with Accenture to pioneer online learning. Under his leadership the program transitioned to a global footprint and doubled in size to more than 700 participants.

    Before his retirement from GE, Paul had responsibility for site operations, eLearning and the essential skills curriculum at the GE Leadership Development institute, Crotonville, then led global volunteering and served as controller for the GE Foundation, continuing FMP involvement through recruiting and grading and coaching.

    Past Positions
    Paul has held a variety of roles in financial planning and analysis, cost and financial systems and leadership development. He has also been an adjunct faculty member at Immaculata University and Berkshire Community College.
